The charges were dropped by the state. Catch a fucking clue you dumbass POS!
Innocent people don't take plea deals. Cannot own a gun is a felony plea deal.
You are hopeless. From one of your very own:
Rush Limbaugh's prescription fraud case has concluded with a deal, ending a three-year investigation during which prosecutors accused the conservative talk-show host of illegally deceiving multiple doctors to receive overlapping pain pill prescriptions.
Declaring victory, Limbaugh signed a deal with prosecutors that will dismiss a single charge commonly referred to as "doctor shopping" after 18 months if he complies with the terms.
Under the deal filed Monday, Limbaugh cannot own a gun, must submit to random drug tests and has to continue treatment for his acknowledged addiction to painkillers. But he didn't have to admit guilt and he continued to proclaim his innocence on his radio show.
"From my point of view, the end result will be as if I had gone to court and won, but the matter is concluded much sooner," Limbaugh told his listeners. "I have spent thousands of hours and millions of dollars with lawyers over the past 27 months fighting this at every stage."
He pleaded not guilty Friday to a charge that he sought a prescription from a physician in 2003 without revealing that he had received medications from another practitioner within 30 days.
Limbaugh Cuts Deal in Prescription Case
Better luck next time.
I admire your tenacity of beating a dead horse. Limbaugh committed a felony. He used money (a few million of $600M net) to stay out of jail. (you would have gone) He took a plea deal. Innocent people, especially those of means, never plea unless they'll lose. Cannot own a gun is a felony plea deal.
According to the article after 18 months everything magically disappears and he can now own a gun if he wants to.
That's due to the felony plea deal he paid for expiring. You would have gone to jail, but good news, in Nevada you'd have your voting rights restored.
Find one reliable source that states Limbaugh is a convicted felon.
