And it is being lead by young Democrats as compared to DEATHRATS!

The recent debate over "late-term abortion," fueled by state measures in New York and Virginia that loosened, or sought to loosen, abortion restrictions toward the end of a woman's pregnancy, has caused "a dramatic shift" in public attitudes toward abortion policy, according to Barbara Carvalho who directed a new Marist poll, commissioned by the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic organization.

By the numbers: The poll found Americans are now as likely to identify as pro-life (47%) as they are pro-choice (47%). Last month, a similar Marist survey found that Americans were more likely to identify as pro-choice than pro-life 55% to 38%, a 17-point gap.

  • The survey also found that 80% of Americans support abortion being limited to the first three months of pregnancy, an increase of 5 percentage points since last month's Marist poll.

Democrats extreme liberal views have alienated them once again. They used to determine an embryo or early fetus was not a baby, which was stupid, for we all kniow it was not a box of milk duds.

But they had to go even further, to abort a child right before he takes his first breath is more that most can take, even those who once allowed for abortion. They were willing to compromise but again the Democrats extreme policies have left those former supporters with no one to look to except the moderate right.

It's a classic example of overreach. NY could have just solidified their current laws allowing abortion on demand up to a certain point, and medically nessasary ones up to the end. However getting control of the State Senate allowed them to push through whatever they wanted, and they got the "kill em at the last second" bill.

Bad optics for them across the board, except for the true hard core "abortion is awesome" crowd.

I can tell you it opened my eyes pretty fast.

As I get older I start feeling the obligation to cut through the bs and get to the facts. At what point is "healthcare" something completely different?

You don't suppose the fact that the poll was commissioned by a Catholic organization had anything to do with that, do you?

I wouldn't put it past any biased medium. I would like to see the wording of the questionairre....

Don't have an abortion.

Yer right, Bodecea! Young Democrats finally realize the Old Fart Dems are killing off their future voting base. I wonder how many millions of future voters they've killed in the past 10 years?
Don't like abortion...don't have one. Very simple.
Yeah, and
"Don't Like Murder? Don't do one!" Very Simple. That could be the harrowing cry of Americans.

Getting information out to the public works. It worked in getting Prop 8 in California passed, even, seems women with children didn't want to endorse faggots getting married and adopting children after getting the real info on faggot lifestyles. The Democrats merely found a faggot judge to neuter it. The mainstream media refuses to publish factual info on faggots and their sickness, so it's expensive to launch such information campaigns for long periods. It's also ironic that faggots can hide behind censorship laws that prevent photographs of their sicko 'culture' from being published. Photo stories on the faggots taking tots to faggot S&M Fairs were forced to pull the pics because of stricter 'child porn' laws being passed, for instance; seems showing pics of faggots' naked kids wearing black leather dog collars and harnesses were declared 'obscene' and were pulled, so no problem for faggots and their pedophile 'culture' as far as the press is concerned any more.

Re abortions, pro-life groups should get the same Federal subsidies to put out their info as the PP vermin and the schools systems get.

You really can't make that determination until you read the questions.

Of course I can; we have decades of PP polls to laugh at. They're incapable of reporting remotely honest results.

There is no 17% swing in abortion feelings. It the same from 1995 and longer.
79% plus of Americans will allow an abortion for a few reasons for many reasons.
If you can do it for a few. FFS is wrong with any reason for a female to do so?
With doctor care.

Don't have an abortion.
Such a glib asshole's reply. It's like someone in pre Civil War America telling some abolitionist not to
own a slave if they don't like slavery.

This will all necessarily have repercussions in 2020. I hope you still find your attitude funny then and please don't change
...we need to see what the left is rooting for (like the death of innocent children).

Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Failed today in the Senate.

Marsha Blackburn still pushing her BS lies.
