Didn't excuse it. Just said that it has been going on for a long time, and this outrage making it seems like it's the first time this has happened is a bunch of bullshit. Yes, "Foxes" got some blowback, but that's what happened. Does that make it right for a producer in current times to produce something like that? No. And no, sexualizing the young teens isn't a good thing, but then again, it was wrong back in 1980.

The movie isn't trying to encourage children to dress sexy. But it is sort of discouraging them from it. That it is showing that it makes them look silly dressing up and behaving that away. . The movie is telling them to enjoy your childhood in a innocent way.
In the movie that it shows the little girl take a photo of her private part and texting it out on social media. And her friends stopped associating with her because they didn't want to be labeled as whores.
The movie is a French movie. And most French movies are pornographic. But this movie isn't.
