You're confusing a horror movie with a movie about little whores.

If you have watched the movie. You will see that it is all about not condoning that behavior.
The movie was about a little girl that wanted to fit in with these fast popular girl. Like she is trying to keep up with the Kardashians or the Jones'. But she has done things just to be accepted by these fast girl. But she has went overboard and taken a photo of her vagina and posted it on social media. But her new fast friends thought that she went way overboard and didn't wanted to hang around her because they were afraid of being labeled as whores.
But at the end of the movie, the little girl saw what she was doing just to fit in was really dumb. And so she went back enjoying the things that little girls enjoys doing like skipping rope.
And so the moral to the story is. Just be yourself. Don't go out your way to try to please others or else you might push them away further.
But the movie is far from trying to encourage young little girls to be nasty little heifers.
But these horror flicks are encouraging high school students that it is okay to have sex while in high school, and it is encouraging young teens that comes up pregnant, that it is okay to run to an abortion clinic so that you will not have to ruin your future of having a fun party life. Which most of these movies has been encouraging a lot of teens to drink or get high before they are adults.
