KG, I really think you need to buy a book on sex. Seriously. You seem to be under the impression that homosexual=sodimizer. Not that I'm not enjoying loling at your point of view, but I think you should know that you are woefully mistaken.
Maybe if they had taught about sex when you were in school you wouldn't be so mistaken.
Lies Amy has told in this thread:
#1: She has lied about the content of the bill. The bill maintains that mandatory reporters in school should adhere to the law, and report suspected homosexual activity. Homosexual activity, per Merriam Webster, is sodomy. So the bill maintains that if schools have reason to suspect children are engaging in sodomy, they should advise parents. It is NOT about reporting *gayness* to parents.
#2: She has lied about the legality of sex among children. She continues to maintain that sex is *legal* between children, and that parents have no right to know about it. Repeatedly, and using her own link, it has been shown that sex between children IS illegal, and in fact the Romeo and Juliet law STATES EXPLICITLY that it remains illegal, but that it MAY be employed as a defense IN SOME CASES.
#3: She has lied and stated that homosexuality has nothing to do with sex. This is so stupid that I don't even need to explain how that one's a lie.
#4: She has lied and maintains that the schools already must report actual sexual activity (sodomy) if they catch the kids..the lie being that the law re-iterates that requirement. It doesn't. The law simply establishes that the school cannot fail to report suspected sodomy based on the fact that the children are *gay* and therefore somehow immune from mandatory reporting laws....in other words, no longer should be afforded protection.
Anything else, reprobate?
