No Justice For Ashli??

I know you salivate at the thought of murdering an unarmed woman but try looking at the facts:

“The shooting of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021 by an unidentified U.S. Capitol Police Officer was an unjustified use of deadly force which violated her constitutional rights,” said attorney Terrell N. Roberts, III, of Roberts & Woods in Riverdale, Md.

“It is clear from video footage that Ashli did not pose a danger to the officer, or any other person, when she was shot. Ashli was unarmed. She did not assault anyone. She did not threaten to harm anyone. There was no excuse for taking her life,” he added.

Roberts said that it’s “a universal law enforcement standard” that police officers are not supposed to use more force than is required to subdue a suspect or “accomplish a lawful purpose,” noting that Babbitt was small in stature at 5′ 2″ tall and 110 pounds and speculating that she could have been arrested “by a single officer with a set of handcuffs.”

“At the time of the shooting, there were over a half-dozen police officers in close proximity to the Speaker’s door where Ashli was standing. Some of those officers had just allowed protesters access to the door by stepping aside,” the attorney added.

“Other officers, dressed in full tactical gear, stood among the protesters just a few feet behind the door. Still, others stood casually at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby, unconcerned with the activities of Ashli and the protesters around her. All of these officers were in a position to have aided in the apprehension of Ashli if it was necessary. Given her background as a 14-year veteran of the Air Force, it is likely that Ashli would have complied with simple verbal commands, thereby making the use of any force unnecessary,” he added.

LOLOL

Wut?? The attorney for the traitor's ex-husband says it's murder?? This is my shocked face -->

Sadly, he's lying. There were only 3 cops in close proximity when she was shot. The cop who shot her ... another cop at the next door to that cop ... and one cop on the stairs behind Benedict Babbitt. He also lies about the officers in tactical gear. 4 showed up just moments before she was shot. 3 of them were leaving and were down the stairs, escorting the other 3 cops who were standing in front of the doors to the Speaker's Lobby; leaving only one cop in tactical gear remaining.

If Babbitt's attorney has to lie like that to make a case, he'll be laughed out of court.

Let’s see proof of your claims. Right now we just have your bald assertions and we know what that’s worth.

You acknowledge 3 cops plus one in tactical gear were present. Do you think MAYBE together they could have arrested this woman without killing her?

No, I did not admit 3 cops plus one in tactical were there. I said the one in tactical gear was on the stars behind her, not in a position to deal with her. There were 2 other cops in the Speaker's Lobby, one of whom was the cop who shot her.

And if they arrested her, there was nothing to stop the rest of that mob from rushing in, just as they had done throughout much of the Capitol.

It's bizarre how you refuse to hold her accountable for her actions when you know damn well you'd pull the trigger yourself if a mob was threatening to break into your residence and someone started climbing in through a broken out window. You wouldn't even wait as long as that cop did.

And here's the video. You can even hear Sullivan's commentary about how 3 cops in tactical gear are escorting 3 other cops away for their own safety, leaving just one cop on the stairs, just outside of the doors...

At about 37:30, the mob swells in that hallway and the cops' lives become endangered as the mob gets increasingly angry and violent.

At about 38:25, 4 backups arrive.

At about 38:55, the guy with the helmet breaks out the window on one of the doors as 3 of the backups escort the 3 cops who were at the door, down the stairs and away as someone is heard saying, "they're being evacuated for their own safety." the 4th backups remains on the stairs.

At about 39:03, the guy with the helmet breaks out the window on the far right (where Ashli Targetpractice would get shot) as someone says, "they're breaking in.... The police are evacuating the other cop."

At about 39:10, a shot rings out.

"Federal prosecutors will not charge a police officer who shot and killed a woman as she climbed through the broken part of a door during the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. Authorities had considered for months whether criminal charges were appropriate for the Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt -- The Justice Department’s decision, though expected, officially closes out the investigation.

Prosecutors said they had reviewed video of the shooting, along with statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses, examined physical evidence from the scene and reviewed the autopsy results. “Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” the department said in a statement."

This sets a very dangerous precedent....It basically gives officers a blank check to gun down people, unarmed people, good people.....and the officer face no consequences for his or her actions...Because of this decision, cops can essentially gun you down just because you didn't obey an order they gave -- they can gun you down then claim they feared for their safety while dehumanizing you as some violent person or a member of some angry mob... even tho that person is unarmed and was posing no threat.

Now to be fair, it's perfectly OK for certain types of unarmed people to be gunned down for not obeying cops or maybe using inappropriate language towards cops that could cause them to fear for their safety; but it's different when you are actually fighting against a tyrannical government who stole an election and your only recourse is to storm the Capitol to voice your grievances, cosplay in Neo-Nazi and Neo-Confederate apparel, joke about executing the VP and perhaps scare congress members into overturning the election for you and stuff...
No the DOJ and the Capital police are going to protect the cowardly racist black cop that shot her.

Well I suppose the cop in tactical gear could have walked forward a few steps and assisted.

You keep squirming and changing your story (because you are a liar), but you acknowledge two cops were there. Couldn’t one of these burly men have arrested Ashli? Only a twisted bloodthirsty psycho would insist upon killing this unarmed woman who never threatened anybody.

There was nothing to stop other protesters? How about all the other heavily armed cops we’ve been discussing?

Why does killing people make you happy? How long have you been a sadistic maniac?

Why do you feel the lawyer was lying when he said other officers “stood casually at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby”.

And I've changed nothing in my story. I've been consistent and have video evidence confirming my position.

And had the rest of that mob broken through that barricade had they tried to arrest Ashli Targetpractice, you're right, the the other heavily armed cops down the stairs could have stopped them -- by opening fire on the mob. How many would have died then? That cop is a hero who saved lives.

And killing people generally saddens me. It's killing traitors like Benedict Babbitt that makes me happy. Death is befitting a traitor.

Looks like Faun is all excited again talking about agents of the state gunning down protesters. He has his first erection in years.

Again your fantasies are not reality. You don’t know that the cops would have had to open fire. Maybe the cops could have arrested some more people. Maybe the protesters would have behaved nonviolently. Sane people kill only as a last resort.

Could one of those cops have arrested Ashli yes or no?

He also lies about the officers in tactical gear. 4 showed up just moments before she was shot. 3 of them were leaving and were down the stairs, escorting the other 3 cops who were standing in front of the doors to the Speaker's Lobby; leaving only one cop in tactical gear remaining.

If Babbitt's attorney has to lie like that to make a case, he'll be laughed out of court.
Let’s see proof of your claims. Right now we just have your bald assertions and we know what that’s worth.

You acknowledge 3 cops plus one in tactical gear were present. Do you think MAYBE together they could have arrested this woman?

How could he have done that? He was on the stairs when she climbed up that window and there were people between them. How could he know she was going to do that to stop her before she climbed up?

Maybe the cops could have arrested a some more people. Sane people kill only as a last resort.
A few cops can arrest a hundred angry, violent insurgents without shooting them? How?

That mob was threatening lawmakers. They knew they weren't allowed beyond those doors but tried to break in anyway because they felt secure in the numbers they had on their side, with more following behind them. The cop's job was to protect the lawmakers inside the chamber. He did his job, confirmed even by Trump's own DoJ as well. No one cares you don't like that. Live with it.

Why? Because he's black? Or their certain elements of the DOJ or Capitol police that are unprofessional? Or racist?

You are such an hysterical old woman. Always speculating about what may have been necessary. Maybe the protesters would been more cautious if a few were arrested. Maybe they had no interest in harming anyone. You don’t start murdering people until you have a clear threat that can’t be stopped any other way. That’s how normal people think. If Faun was there he’d wet himself and hide under a desk. Then he’d shriek and demand every protester no matter how peaceful be gunned down. If he smelled blood he’d start drooling in contentment.

The DoJ is independent and I bet of lot of the top administrators would be happy to curry favor with Biden. So again you are lying when you say Trump’s DoJ. But you’re used to lying.

Some questions you can’t answer:

Was Ashli armed?

Did she threaten anyone?

Could one of those cops have arrested Ashli yes or no?

Why do you feel the lawyer was lying when he said other officers “stood casually at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby”?

If you really despise traitors why do you kiss the ass of traitors like Swalwell and Feinstein?

If you are devoted to American ideals like freedom why do you want the state to kill people for trespassing? Doesn’t Congress belong to the people anyway?

False. Police don't wait to neutralize a threat. And she was already trespassing prior to climbing up on that broken window frame. The instant she did that, she wandered into breaking into a restricted area, which is a separate crime altogether.

Looks like you're just gonna have to live with Ashli Targetpractice dying a traitor. She's not coming back and the cop isn't going to jail.

Who knows why you seek answers to questions that have already been answered, but regardless....

Was Ashli armed?

Irrelevant since the cop had no way of knowing she was armed. It wouldn't have made a difference had she had a firearm in her backpack as she, and that mob, was still a threat to lawmakers.

Did she threaten anyone?

Yes, and again, it wasn't just her. I can only presume you continue to ignore the threat of that mob with her because it's inconvenient to your agenda. Again, she made herself the tip of the spear of that mob. She has no one to blame but herself.

Could one of those cops have arrested Ashli yes or no?

The only cops who could have arrested her were the two cops inside the Speaker's Lobby. Had they done that, there would have been no one left to keep the rest of the mob out without shooting them. You seem eager to ignore just how outnumbered the police were. There was one other cop behind the crowd on the stairs. It's true, he could have unloaded on that mob and potentially killed and injured dozens, assuming no one in the crowd attacked him and took his gun.

Why do you feel the lawyer was lying when he said other officers “stood casually at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby”?

I didn't say he lied about that. I don't know if that's true as there was another cop in the next doorway inside the Speaker's lobby and I don't know that he was there casually. But the lawyer absolutely lied when he claimed, "other officers, dressed in full tactical gear, stood among the protesters just a few feet behind the door." The video shows 3 of 4 of them escorting the first 3 cops down the stairs when Ashli Targetpractice was shot. There was still one remaining near the top of the stairs but out of position to stop the traitor from climbing through the broken out window.

If you really despise traitors why do you kiss the ass of traitors like Swalwell and Feinstein?

You've failed to prove they're traitors. And you've utterly failed to prove I kiss their ass.

If you are devoted to American ideals like freedom why do you want the state to kill people for trespassing? Doesn’t Congress belong to the people anyway?

It wasn't merely trespassing. That you attempt to frame it as such reveals your dishonesty or delusions or both. No matter how hard you wish it to go away, she was still part of a massive, violent mob threatening to murder members of our government. Because the mob so greatly outnumbered police, they managed to gain access to much of the Capitol. Still, where there were lawmakers in danger, the police did everything they could to keep the mob at bay. They barricaded doors and guarded them with arms drawn. Who knows why Ashli Targetpractice chose to ignore that and attempt to breach a secure area anyway. Only she knows but she's too dead to tell you.

Do you think MAYBE together they could have arrested this woman?

How could he have done that? He was on the stairs when she climbed up that window and there were people between them. How could he know she was going to do that to stop her before she climbed up?

Really? What a bunch of shit. The lady was murdered and your excuses are laughable, You need to shut up.
You're fucked in the head, con. This was investigated under Trump's Department of Justice and Biden's. They found the cop's shot was justifiable. You can howl at the moon for all I give a shit. The cop did the right thing and saved lives and Benedict Babbitt died a traitor.

Whenever you die you will die a traitor. You betray American ideals as you giggle with delight when an unarmed women is murdered by the state.

You also kiss the ass of traitors like Feinstein. Why can’t you admit she is a traitor? Are you a moron or a liar?

Faun is still running from my questions:

Was Ashli armed?

Did she threaten anyone?

Could one of those cops have arrested Ashli yes or no?

You've failed to prove they're traitors. And you've utterly failed to prove I kiss their ass.

OMG you are dumb. You write: “The only cops who could have arrested her were the two cops inside the Speaker's Lobby.” Yet you admit you don’t know if other officers stood at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby. Don’t you see you are exposing yourself as a liar and a jackass?

Let’s see if you can actually answer these questions this time. All you need to type is yes or no.

Was Ashli armed?

Did she threaten anyone?

Could one of those cops have arrested Ashli?

I know you can’t answer with a yes or no, but it’s fun to watch you squirm.

Are you really trying to convince us that if one cop took a minute or two handcuffing Ashli the police would have inevitably lost all control of the situation?
