Here's a theory that might work: It was arranged by Trump's faithful that had infiltrated the parties responsible for his safety. All the bullets fired missed by 3 to 4 feet and Trump's ear was smeared with pig's blood, under the cover of the podium.

Then the shooter was whacked after he had played his part. The injured and dead were sacrificed for the cause. The shooter would have been guaranteed safety and then be allowed to disappear.

Somehow, somebody needs to produce a believable theory on why the shooter was allowed to perform his part in broad daylight.
