We disagree. A major foreign power seeks to destabilize our country. Their phishing schemes are ubiquitous and the evidence of their attempts to create division among us is clear. To me that is an attack.

There is NO actual evidence to support that claim. The DNC REFUSED to allow the FBI to investigate and instead made a claim based on a company that actively hates the Russians. As for State boards the ONLY actual evidence we have is that Idaho and Georgia were hacked by Homeland Security.
