So how about a formal voice vote by state legislators to decide Federal Elections?

Local elections are easier to steal. Less scrutiny. Fewer fraudulent votes needed. It’s easy to inject small amounts of money to completely overwhelm local opponents who have basically no money.State elections would be impossible to steal.
