While Maduro clings to power in his Cocialist 'Utopia', on top of being so starved from the lack of food - some reportedly having to eat their own pets to survive, the people of Venezuela have now been plunged into darkness.

"Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido on Saturday called on citizens nationwide to travel to the capital Caracas for a protest against socialist President Nicolas Maduro, as the country's worst blackout in decades dragged on for a third day.

"We're all upset that we've got no power, no phone service, no water and they want to block us," said Rossmary Nascimiento, 45, a nutritionist at the Caracas rally. "I want a normal country."

Republicans are making sure no one can afford a pet. Except for needy billionaires. Clearly, they don't have enough money.

Do you know how many abandoned cats and dogs there are in this country?

Do you know how many unwanted, unloved, un-adopted cats and dogs are put down every day in the US?

Are you aware that there are organizations out there that will GIVE you a pet and PAY for the spaying / neutering and shots for that pet for you?

There are animals being given away listed in local / state classified ads...ex:

There is a web site that lists pets you can have for fee from families / owners having to part with their pets due to all kinds of reasons (new apartment doesn't allow them, military being deployed, etc...)
