Now Enter The Trump "Impoundment Control Act" Criminal Violations

The fact is the administration had till Sep 30 to release the aid, it was released on Sep 11, there was no violation. Deal with it commies, you're running out of straws to grasp for. LMAO

.

The President cannot legally hold up the release of aid once it has been approved by Congress, and all conditions have been met, so yes there was an illegal holdup of aid. The Pentagon certified that the Ukraine had met the anti-corruption standards in March, so there was no legal reason Trump could withhold aid to the Ukraine. That\s why two top OMB employees quit, and one was replaced with a Trump politican appointee.

Congress passed a law after Nixon resigned to prevent Presidents from mis-using foreign aid.

Wrong, the new Ukraine administration and parliament had not been certified. Once they took appropriate action to address corruption the aid was released.

BS. The President can stop payment at anytime he chooses. Just like he can nuke Canada anytime he chooses. So mind your p’s and q’s.

No he can't, on either score.
There’s no statute on the books that says a president cannot withhold aid from a foreign nation – for any reason at all. If a duly elected president doesn’t like the cut of a foreign leader’s jib and decides to withhold aid, that is the prerogative of the people’s elected president.

Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 - Wikipedia Trump wanted to hide the money from being exposed by using it for a crime he committed. It really doesn't get much easier than that to understand. And the documents were released proving this was in fact a crime; //www.msnbc.com/am-joy/watch/trump-ukraine-docs-show-concern-withholding-aide-was-illegal-75545157799

There is nothing the Senate can do to justify this treasonous, criminal act by Trump.

Which is why it was in the House's Articles.

Oh..... wait........
It was. It was called an "abuse of power."
The abuse of power had nothing to do with your cut and paste, dude. Show some honesty
If that were true, you would have explained in legal terms how it doesn't. You didn't, because you can't. An explanation doesn't exist. Lol!

went sideways for the democrats.

Ask Biden about withholding aid.

Mainly, the dots are getting connected! There is new evidence. It is directly showing White House Engagement. It does not have to show that Donald John Trump bought an AK-47 and shot up a school in the Ukraine. It only has to support the suspect phone call and the details before and after. Other adults have resigned from public positions already because of implicated, directed behavior.

The famous public orations to "Get Over It" are press conferences reports, from staff--expressing public policy in place. Since there is a criminal timeline established, then even deeming any further resignations in the criminal matters at minimum implicates the Oval Office. That has already been shown, in just recent hours.

Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
( Not a coattail matter, anyone notices--even now delayed until January, per the law on the books!)

More lies, it was announced a week earlier, 18 Jul, in an inter-agency meeting.

The Congress is lawfully in Recess, showing that Deplorable Yankee, the poster Teri4Trump, (supporting even baby-harm created in Matthew 25: 14-30), and OK Texas poster: Do not support the law, the Constitution, the lawful Congressional Recess, or the concept of a Fair Trial!

All matters shown!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred
(Can't even muster 45% approval--gettingworse as the excitement and coverage dies down, and the trial becomes more fair!)

Yep, but President Trump is still way ahead of failed former President Barack Hussein Obama at this point in his term!

Donald Trump Approval Rating Surpasses Barack Obama at Same Point in Presidency
by SIMON KENT 23 Dec 2019 1:47

President Donald Trump’s approval rating has soared past that of ex-President Barack Obama’s at the same point in his administration, defying negative sterotypes driven by opponents as he became only the third president in U.S. history to be impeached.

Trump’s job approval rating 151 weeks into his presidency sits at 45 percent, as revealed by a Gallup poll last Wednesday. That puts Trump three points higher than the 42 percent approval rating Gallup found for Obama at the same point of his presidency.

Read the Constitution, the President has sole authority to conduct diplomacy, which is what sending or withholding foreign aid is.
Congress gets no say at all. They can allocate or not, but the president gets the final say.

Contrary to America-despiser, Rigby5 poster, Congress even has the ultimate authority of the the Declaration of War--a kind of foreign policy matter. Then there are the preventive measures over which Congress has the celebrated Constitutional authority. Those originate from the budget matters. The Executive mainly mainly deals directly with other nations. If it wants any money for anything, then it deals directly with the Congress--the ultimate budget authority. Trump has no such authority at all, and in fact the Executive is not all-powerful, but is limited. Intending instead the murder and mutilation of all US babies, and their genitalia, through White House invitations to foreign nations: Is not intended in the Constitution. That is the RNC Interpretation of what they intend for all US babies. RNC is not on record, supporting Impeachment. They have chosen the baby genital mutilating path: Just last week, even.

Your non-existing counter argument is pure gold. Why? Because it opens the flood gates for the truth to come out. Unfortunately for you, it has; Dems ramp up call for impeachment witnesses following 'explosive' emails

Perhaps, they should have brought it up in the House? Perhaps, it's just another nothing burger....which is more than likely.
Go get some more talking points from your masters.

They couldn't. At the time, Trump was blocking the documents, remember? They don't need any more talking points. The truth is there for all to see. Too bad you live in an alternate reality where truth has no value for you. Because this proves everything with those exposed emails. And I do mean everything. Now we know why Mike Duffy was gagged to testify.

Don't be ignorant, they could have and should have used the courts. But it was such a rush to get him impeached because he was so dangerous

Point is that "abuse of power" is too vague and subjective.
Needs to be more specific in order to be legal.

Sure Congress has many "advise and consent" powers, the power to restrict purse strings, power to declare war, etc.
But none of that has anything to do with the fact it is the president who has the final say on diplomacy, such as delivering foreign aid congress has already allocated. When and if foreign aid is delivered is totally up to the current president.
