That's one of the lies Biden repeated during the debate.

Biden said Trump caused inflation, but it was only 1.4% and is currently at 9%.

Biden raised inflation on purpose in the beginning of his first term.....and we've been scrambling to keep up with it ever since. He's pretty much left it alone the last several months because he doesn't want the economy to get too bad until after his re-election, when the massive tax-increases are set to hit us next year.

He raises inflation in only a few months 900% from what it was when Trump left office, and thinks we won't notice that he only brought inflation down maybe 20% since it's peak.

The BLS is fudging the numbers, so nothing they say can be trusted.

However we can say that rents have at least doubled since Biden took office.
The cost of food has double and even tripled since Biden took office.
The cost of buying a car is ridiculous.
Taxes are going up.
Energy bills are going up.
People are having to dip into their savings to pay for food now.
