NYC Councilwoman Inna Vernikov arrested

What a ridiculous charge. She has the right to self-defense like every other citizen, and the same ass clowns running around fawning over these feral terrorists are exactly the people she needs to be wary of, especially in New York. This is a city where the feral hood rats routinely target Asians and Jews in their looting and murder sprees.
In new york having a gun shoved down your pants as Illegal. You're allowed to carry a gun but it has to be concealed and It has to be in a holater. Improperly carrying a weapon is a crime in several states. Indiana has simular laws about carrying a weapon that is not properly holstered.

Israel has admitted it.
Bullshit.

There is zero credibility in any claim that Israel did or wanted to create Hamas.

Republican Brooklyn Councilwoman Inna Vernikov was arrested Friday after she was spotted toting a firearm at a pro-Palestinian rally on Thursday— resulting in calls for her to be removed from office.

The councilwoman, who is Jewish and has spoken out against pro-Palestinian supporters, was in attendance as protesters convened on the campus of CUNY’s Brooklyn College Thursday afternoon.

Vernikov, 39, was seen “with the butt-end of a firearm protruding from the front portion of her pants” while observing the protest between noon and 2:45 p.m. Thursday, police sources told The Post.

She turned herself in to the 70th Precinct with her lawyer shortly before 3 a.m. Friday.

She surrendered her gun and her firearm permit and was not processed but instead given a desk appearance ticket, they noted.

Although Vernikov has a concealed carry permit, it is illegal in New York state to have a firearm at sensitive locations such as protests or school grounds.

The councilwoman was booked later Friday on a Class E felony, police sources told The Post — which can carry up to two to five years behind bars.

“It is unacceptable and unlawful for a civilian to ever bring a firearm to a rally or protest, and especially important for elected officials to model a respect for the law that is expected of all New Yorkers,” New York City Council Speaker Adrienne E. Adams said Friday.

....not sure if she was brave or foolish....
She knows that her life is in danger being around the blood thirsty Palestinian supporters.
Maybe she was making a statement of defiance against the genocidal maniacs.
I am surprised that NYC has an elected Republican.

She's an elected official in NYC.
There is no excuse.
Her permit should be revoked and she should be fined the maximum.

Religious Jews know the importance of personal firearms because they know the people that hate them know the importance of firearms.

Why can’t or why won’t self-hating secular jews get this?

It is patriotic of her to challenge this unconstitutional law.

The law is here...

Beginning on page 8, it defines 20 "sensitive locations" including...
(s)..... any gathering of individuals to collectively express their constitutional rights to protest or assemble;

In effect, the law demands that a person give up their 2nd Amendment rights if they wish to exercise their 1st Amendment Rights.

I think it's unconstitutional.
