NYC firefighter, 36, dies of heart attack after being fired to pay for migrants — leaving his family with nothing

"Floyd was one of about 10 fire department employees who had been on “long-term duty” — either injured on the job and given office work or out sick for an extended period — and fired weeks before Christmas, FDNY sources told The Post."

Bleeding the city dry.

You prefer giving the money to an illegal alien or fake asylum seeker rather than an American citizen who was physically disabled

Thats not good

Examples of public employees with Union protections, far too many who scam the system. You conservatives hate those Union workers, except when you can use them to try and score cheap political points
we hate unions, not the workers. You should learn to argue facts. cuck!

He should've taken better care of his health. If he were still on the JOB the taxpayers would be taking care of his family. Money saved! Rightwing conservatism at it's most naked.
You freaking idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He wasn't on the job because your favorite liberal freaking idiots fired him!!!!!!!!! How about you wake up and STRETCH your shrinking brain?

So then you don’t wan the money spent on Americans after all
The new york fire fighters earn the money they are no longer getting

Plus the taxpayers in new york city are no longer getting as much fire protection as they deserve

All to pay for increased costs of illegal aliens and fake asylum seekers

The unearned student loans on the other hand will be paid off mostly by hard working blue collar tax payers who never went to college

Before his firing, Floyd was trying to become medically cleared so he could re-enter the fire-fighting force.

He was working a desk job in the Fire Department chaplain’s office after suffering a heart attack back in 2019. At the time of his previous attack, he was in the Fire Academy. Floyd was responsible in the chaplain’s office for arranging the funerals of fallen FDNY members

It appears he has a history of cardiovascular issues. At some point there is a responsibility on the individual to make decisions about his family’s future knowing there is a significant health concern. I’m sure the family is devastated, loosing a loved one is hard. The family should look into starting a Go Fund Me page to help meet their needs.
