They need more room at the inn.

New York City’s use of hotels as emergency shelters to house migrants will continue for the foreseeable future, The Post has learned, as the Department of Homeless Services is seeking a contract with hotels to provide a total of 14,000 rooms to shelter migrants at least through next year.

The city projects that spending on housing for migrants over the past two years and this fiscal year combined will surpass a staggering $2.3 billion — much of it on rent paid to hotels in the Big Apple.

Well, there are around 210K hotel rooms in NYC so they should be fine.....Pony-up NY, you wanted them.

LOL.....I guess it was a lot easier to preen about being a sanctuary city when it didn't cost them anything.

Pro-tip.....No matter how much you hate the left, it's not nearly enough hate.

Certainly great news for the hotel industry and their unions in New York.

That's quite a block of rooms being taken, and since tourists aren't really interested in going to NY nowadays, the rooms would otherwise be vacant.

All that NYC offers nowadays in street crime, and Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh are all a lot less expensive for visitors seeking an Urban Hell Hole experience.

There is a solution, and everybody knows it.

Elect Donald Trump.

"Operation Wetback." Look it up. Mass deportations that worked. It can be done again, even if it gives the ACLU apoplexy.
