NYC Employers had better print this sucker out and memorize it. And may also be a good idea for employers to prohibit employees from actually speaking to or communicating in any way with each other, just in case someone slips up and the "offended" goes right to the cops.

So now we move on to PC with real teeth, a law that can cost an employer plenty or worse.

Oh well, fuck employers, they didn't build that anyway.
