Obama doesn't want to suffer the side-effects of his own law. He has 3 years left and he wants to push the damage till after he leaves office.

The only way these folks can get coverage with their own choice of doctor is if they participate, and many will not participate. Most of the best hospitals want nothing to do with Obamacare, mainly because they don't trust them to pay claims. Word got out that they didn't even build a back end into the site. That means they really don't care if the patients are taken care of.

They hate the individual mandate even though their own Heritage Foundation supported it, Mitt Romney supported it, and even Richard Nixon supported it.
