A damning statement and one that will be ignored by the media outlets.

A two parent family has the best of both sexes.
A father figure to in most cases show the young man how to respect elders, police, others and the mother to provide the nurturing, etc. that mothers can do best!
But when 68% of black households DON"T have that Father figure to help the young black man understand i.e. the "TALK" that my dad and millions of other dads
in two parent families have done that inculcates the respect for authority figures and hence the absence of violent encounters.

Common sense tells most people that if 22% of all Violent crimes are committed by people that constitute less then 14% of the population...duh!
