Obama Attacks ‘Climate Deniers’ For Wasting Time Debating ‘Fact’

Bump for Newby who apparently likes to ignore questions she obviously is clueless about.

You think carbon credits isn't a world wide scheme?

What countries are making efforts to stop global warming, and what are those efforts?

Thats what...5 times you've refused to answer the question now. Why is that?

And how do you explain every other industrialized country in the world who says AGW is very much real?

And that makes 6 times that you refuse to list what these 'other countries' are doing about it. Why is that?

What countries 'say' it is real? Who is 'saying' it? You can't make some stupid ass blanket statement and have it be accepted for truth.

Professor Lennart Bengtsson Joins GWPF Academic Advisory Council | The Global Warming Policy Foundation (GWPF)

Date: 14/05/14The Global Warming Policy Foundation
It is with great regret, and profound shock, that we have received Professor Lennart Bengtsson’s letter of resignation from his membership of the GWPF’s Academic Advisory Council.

The Foundation, while of course respecting Professor Bengtsson’s decision, notes with deep concern the disgraceful intolerance within the climate science community which has prompted his resignation.Professor Bengtsson’s letter of resignation from our Academic Advisory Council was sent to its chairman, Professor David Henderson. *His letter and Professor Henderson’s response are attached below.Dr Benny Peiser,*Director, The Global Warming Policy Foundation*

Resigning from the GWPF

Dear Professor Henderson,I have been put under such an enormous group pressure in recent days from all over the world that has become virtually unbearable to me. If this is going to continue I will be unable to conduct my normal work and will even start to worry about my health and safety. I see therefore no other way out therefore than resigning from GWPF. I had not expecting such an enormous world-wide pressure put at me from a community that I have been close to all my active life. Colleagues are withdrawing their support, other colleagues are withdrawing from joint authorship etc.I see no limit and end to what will happen. It is a situation that reminds me about the time of McCarthy. I would never have expecting anything similar in such an original peaceful community as meteorology. Apparently it has been transformed in recent years. Under these situation I will be unable to contribute positively to the work of GWPF and consequently therefore I believe it is the best for me to reverse my decision to join its Board at the earliest possible time.

With my best regards
Lennart Bengtsson

Opinions are mixed, so your premise falls short.

Opinions aren't mixed though. Evey single major scientific academy says AGW is real. Name one that doesn't. Then we can discussed your mixed premise.

Let's stick to what you were talking about, okay?????????

Funny what government grants can create, isn't it?

I haven't changed a thing. Most every industrialized countries have a scientific agency that has released an opinion of global warming. Not one had denied AGW is very much real.

Feel free to point out just one that has said AGW is not real. Just one. Or are you going to going to play more semantics games?

it's so funny watching left-wing losers get used for useful idiots for global wealth redistribution!!

RDD is moving the goal posts from countries to academies in mid stride.

Sure haven't. But if it's semantics games you want to play. I'll let you any name any country OR scientific academy that has said AGW is not real.

Let's see what you got.

you idiot; seeing as all but a handful of the planets' countries are EXEMPT from ANY carbon reduction standards; why shouldnt they agree with the junk science that "concluded" all global warming is man-made?

their own industries can only gain when costly regulations are put on their competetors

libs are idiots

Wow!!!!! just look at all those countries who would benefit from wealth distribution.

The "natural cycles!" theory fails completely at explaining why the outgoing longwave radiation is squeezing down in the greenhouse gas bands.

Since the natural cycles theory is contradicted by the data, that theory is wrong.

AGW theory, however, explains all the observed data very well, hence why it has such credibility. If the devoutly religious want the mantras of their right-wing-extremist political-religious cult to have similar credibility, they need to come up with a theory that explains the observed evidence, just as the mainstream scientists have successfully done.

As for your academies, flawed science gets you what you get. You wanna throw out the emails and just say it didn't happen, or that they can't get a model to work, or manipulated data.....you might surmise that your science is rock solid.

A list from where? And how does a 'country' say anything? Is it a pronouncement from their government? And what are these countries doing about it? Are they actively curbing their energy consumption?

It would help the AGW cultists out immensely if they were ever to be correct about anything. My entire adult life form the late 70's on the enviro-Nazis have been predicting the end of civilization if we don't go live in a hut somewhere eating nuts and berries and setup windmills or some such nonsense. Nothing they have predicted has ever come to fruition. And it doesn't help when people says stupid shit like.. we have 500 days to fix the Earth. Shit according to the mental giant Ted Danson, the world should have ended 10 years ago.
