I have referenced the movie Hunger Games, in which you have an elite society that provides everything to the populace in exchange for their labor. Corporatism is a type of socialism.
Since 2009, the top 7% earners in America increased their earnings by a whopping 33%...which is just insane. At the same time the remaining 93% of WORKING Americans suffered a 5% decline...and is still falling.
In any economy, the most important statistic is WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO.
For 30 years now the money is more and more and more going to a tiny elite group of people - at the same time social programs are at record levels.
We are becoming minions for the corporatist. PERIOD.
