Real question is why was the left so against trying them in military tribunals? The trials would have happened very quickly and it was the liberals, including Eric Holder's law firm, that intervened on behalf of the terrorist suspects and stopped the military trials. Once they managed to bring everything to a halt, then they started complaining about how the detainees were being held too long before trials. Duh, it was their own fault for tying things up in an attempt to bring them to the states for trial.

The left is so worried about the constitutional rights of terrorist suspects even as they claim to want those same suspects banned from buying weapons before they are even charged. They would deny constitutional rights to citizens under the guise of stopping terrorism.

They are so hypocritical. Protect terrorists rights. Trample American's rights. The government can't even tell us the criteria that lands a person on their list, but they want rights removed when they are on it. And it's secret, so they can get away with putting all gun owners on it. It's a back door tactic to take away as many guns as possible.

Obama has gone out of his way to release terror suspects or make sure they are treated right. Why the concern for those who supposedly are so bad that they can't even be allowed to fly? How will they get here if they are banned from flying? Or are the GITMO terrorists given a pass and aren't being put on the no-fly list?

Problem with having them tried here is that they'll probably get off the hook after liberal lawyers go to bat for them and then they'll be released on our soil where they will assist in the seeding of radicals around the country.
