Reagan had tax raises

Well that's not true. After 92 months in office, the average unemployment rate is lower for Obama tban it was for Reagan at this same point in Reagan's term. And that's factoring in the unemployment rate was higher for Obama when he started as compared to when Reagan started and it's lower now than it was after Reagan was president for 92 months.
