No. A tin pot dictator like idi Amin is limited in the damage he can do. Idi Amin could not rack up $7 trillion dollars in debt in 5 years. He could not cause carnage in Ukraine or Iraq. It takes someone with real power to fuck up that badly. And that fuck up is Obama.
