But The Wire Tapper In Chief was born in Kenya, and is a Radical Muslim. So he committed Fraud, and he was not eligible to even run for President.

One of the requirements, previously established by law, if one of your parents is an American citizen, you are a citizen at birth. Yes, it must be applied for, but there is no waiting period, test to pass, or any other criteria that must be met. You are considered a citizen of the U.S. at birth.

Look at all the soldiers in WWII who were too young to serve, but who swore an oath making them a member of the military, and entitled to all the rights and benefits thereof. Quite irrelevant since Obama's has a record of birth, with Hawaii's Department of Health, indicating he was born there.
