There’s nothing fundamentally incorrect about what he’s saying, although my math seems to differ from his slightly.

I think he’s overly optimistic and exaggerating their confidence but it definitely is not over.

True, but I think the lack of support will effect the willingness of courts to reverse this. I could be wrong, of course, but I suspect the lack of enthusiasm for a fight will color things.
