Official: PPACA/Obamacare: It's Over!

Once..again...and again...Dante shows his inability to get past a headline.
As was with yesterday's thread on this, where an equally giddy ill informed poster made the SAME THREAD...this is a temporary measure only.
Now Obama has to stay true to his word that if they pass a measure to fund the government, he will negotiate. I won't hold my breath since the Dante's of the world would never hold Obama accountable for anything, and the media sure as hell won't report on it.

Paul Ryan in wsj op-ed: "First, let's clear something up. The president says he "will not negotiate" on the debt ceiling."

Is this true or only partially true? Is Ryan still campaigning/lying through ommision?

Rightwinger dementia: claiming victory when defeated.

The President never said he would not negotiate. What did Obama really say? :eusa_whistle:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama warned Republicans in Congress on Monday that he will not negotiate over an extension of the U.S. debt ceiling -- as part of a budget battle -- that will soon dominate Washington, with a deadline fast approaching.

Pretty funny isn't it...I usually only go to a Dante thread for the entertainment value...there is smoke in that man's head.

the LEFT WINS AND OUR FREEDOMS DIE,

that's all that matters to Obama and his cult

wtf? How does a link change the discussion?

Because you appear to be making a baseless allegation.

Wingnut World Central contacted us and asked us to offer you an apology. It appears a time zone difference...

Rep. Paul Ryan has a must-read op-ed in the Wall Street Journal tonight*on ending the fiscal impasse in Washington.
It's perhaps more notable for what it doesn't once mention — Obamacare — as what it eventually proposes. That omission seemed to ignite the ire of conservatives Tuesday night.

... Paul Ryan WSJ Op-Ed On Debt Ceiling, Shutdown - Business Insider

:laugh2:

Okay. Yeah, I give up. I'm still not seeing where this nightmare has gotten any closer to ending.

Night, all.

Told you so: *

Latest GOP Shutdown Antic: Appeal to Obama's Legacy

It's all over rightwing media in radio show arguments...

Too friggin' funny :laugh2: "Obama should make a deal, any deal to save his legacy"

GOP trying to save face and claim a win here. Desperation!

All over the news today...Official: PPACA/Obamacare: It's Over!

The Fight, it's over. The Tea Party has lost another one.

:clap2: Sanity has intervened, the wingnutty media mouthpieces who have been pushing this imbecillity are being pushed aside: budget talks will NOT include the radical, reactionary, rightwing ridicousness know as the fight to defund/kill Obamacare.

:thewave:

And there you have it.

I'm wondering...was the strategy always to put forward an impossible demand (defund Obamacare) and then protest when the Whitehouse 'won't negotiate', or did the appeal about the lack of negotiation only come after it was obvious that the whole strategy was going pear-shaped?

Option Two then?

Nope. Trying to make sense out of the unsensible is a losers game. The right wingers have an alternate reality where they Represent mainstream America and the President somehow snuck into office --twice.

They say Obama never negotiates so tried to force his hand. On their world they were. sold out by their rational colleagues
