I'll explain it to you. Trump is deporting convicted criminals. Brown is pardoning convicted criminals so they will no longer be subject to immediate deportation as convicts.

They're already scheduled to be deported. Brown is hoping/begging that
the DOJ will reopen their cases.

Brown can do whatever he wants to state criminals, but Immigration
violation is a Federal Crime. His pardon means nothing in regard to the
Feds.

Y'all don't think The Donald is gonna let that Brown upstage him do

Their status as already been revoked and deportation orders issued, a pardon doesn't restore their status or eliminate the deportation orders. The judges stay of the deportation won't stand.
