Ontario Leftists Burning Books

I am. Burning books vs. BANNING books.

Banning a book indicates that you don't agree with what it is said.

But burning a book is more serious because it indicates you disagree to the extent that you are prepared to take drastic action, such as what recently happened in Germany in WW2.

Banning books is what those with political power do.

Burning books is what those without political power do.

The end result is the same.

btw…WW2 is 80 years ago…not recent.

No rational person in the world hates the printed word so much to the extent that they feel they have to burn it!

Only irrational people full of hatred and ignorance feel necessary to show they contempt that way.

I am against all forms of censorship, both banning and burning, both are making the decision what people should read, and if you control what they read and hear you control how they think.
