FYI - This has absolutely NOTHING to do with Trump, nor anything to do with one being politically correct.

FACTS:

(1) No one owns their property, we're mere stewards of property. The government can tell us what we can and can't put on our property, how tall, how wide, and what materials we can and can not have on our property. The government can tell us how loud we can play music, and how many cars we can park on our property.
(2) You have possession of your home as long as you pay the rent to the government ( property taxes ).
(3) You must get a permit before any upgrades, additions, or structures are added to the property. ( tax )
(4) In some cases, the government will force you to remove such items as flags, flag poles, and otherwise offensive markers and signs from your property.
(5) In some cases, the government will not allow certain paint schemes on homes and / or buildings.

Some of the above are local, some are state, and some are federal restrictions and laws. An example would be the Vet that was forced to remove the American flag and flag pole from his front yard in Florida.

* All home owners and property owners are restricted by certain laws, codes, and conditions such as Home Owners Associations requirements. No one has full ownership or rights concerning their home or property.
