An insurrection is the attempted overthrow of a government and a violent attempt to seize power.

I don't think a tug of war with Pelosi's mall cops over bike racks set up to restrict movement at the
capitol by a bunch of middle aged unarmed angry people counts for any of that.

That's not how you take over the US Government, numb nuts.

And what happened on 1/6 is about as close to insurrection (note all the people arrested and NOT charged
with insurrection) as someone standing too close to someone else in a grocery store and being charged
with attempted murder.
