Patriot Sarah Palin Storms D.C., Riot Police Show Up!

and these same people like a couple in this thread run down the Tea party and Republican women

they are just nasty people

Wonderful, Sarah is patriotic for sure...He son served in Iraq and she ran a state with people that is very patriotic to their country, Alaska

and then people run her down for some reason or another and just can't understand how some people admire her

And she couldn't even find Iraq on the map so she didn't even know where Track Palin was going, and she quit 1.5 years into her term as governor so she could cash in on cheap publicity and steal airtime by threatening to run for president.

SHe's not stupid, and she sure knows how to work those who are, for every dime she can get (SarahPAC).

Your post is completely false. Sarah Palin was in office from 2006 to 2009. Sarah Palin was never asked to find Iraq on the map. Stop the false propaganda.

A woman's place is in an abortion clinic, with her feet in the stirrups. Otherwise, she's just a stupid whore.

It's a good thing all that armed police presence showed up to protect America from those danger, radical World War II veterans, huh?

That's right, move the topic off Sarah Barracuda, former beauty queen contestant and lipsticked pit bull.

I didn't close down the war memorials, silly. Ted Cruz did.

No, Obama did. The National Parks fall under the executive branch and this is the first time in history with 17 previous government shutdowns, that our memorials were closed.

Obama did not write the rules for what closes and what does not during a gov't shutdown. That's where you people are just phucking WRONG:

When federal agencies and programs lack appropriated funding, they experience a funding gap.
Under the Antideficiency Act, they must cease operations, except in certain emergency situations
or when law authorizes continued activity. Failure of the President and Congress to reach
agreement on interim or full-year funding measures occasionally has caused government
shutdowns, the longest of which lasted 21 full days, from December 16, 1995, to January 6, 1996.
Government shutdowns have necessitated furloughs of several hundred thousand federal
employees, required cessation or reduction of many government activities, and affected numerous
sectors of the economy. This report discusses the causes, processes, and effects of federal
government shutdowns, including potential issues for Congress.

Really? The National Park Service works for Ted Cruz?

What derangement syndrome?

This thread was started by a conservative.

He falsely labeled Palin a "patriot".

That's incorrect. Palin is a "Nationalist".

And really not much of one.

She's doing this to keep her name in the media.

Then perhaps you can explain why the memorials never closed during any previous shutdown.

But you probably can't.

Erm..

A 2010 Congressional Research Service report summarized other details of the 1995-1996 government shutdowns, indicating the shutdown impacted all sectors of the economy. Health and welfare services for military veterans were curtailed; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stopped disease surveillance; new clinical research patients were not accepted at the National Institutes of Health; and toxic waste clean-up work at 609 sites was halted. Other impacts included: the closure of 368 National Park sites resulted in the loss of some seven million visitors; 200,000 applications for passports and 20,000 to 30,000 applications for visas by foreigners went unprocessed each day; U.S. tourism and airline industries incurred millions of dollars in losses; more than 20% of federal contracts, representing $3.7 billion in spending, were affected adversely.[20]

This was updated September 2013 from the OMB, that's why. The POTUS does not dictate what shall close and what doesn't. The Office of Management and Budget does under the advice of CONGRESS.

At least she wasn't like Obama (who was never a natural born Citizen) who served only 147 days in the Senate. Palin served 965 days. Logic tells you Palin had way more executive experience than him. Also McCain never hated himself 5 minutes after she joined the ticket. And by the way, she was chosen as the VP candidate on August 29, 2008 and the election was held November 4th, 2008. Do the math, that's 67 days she spent on the campaign trail, not 1 year. You are nothing but a slimy liberal liar.
