I'm not sure, but I THINK they saw her prior to the baby being born and that was why it was a surprise when she declined to be the babies caregiver.

Maybe it just kept bothering her and she tried to get over it but couldn't.

TBH, I don't wonder if the gay parents would molest the child. I believe there are probably just as many heterosexual pedophiles out there, since it really is more related to age than gender. However, I do wonder what kind of effect it has on the children in the long run, to be raised with two moms or two dads instead of one of each. Not to be insulting. I just wonder sometimes.

No different than a child raised by a grandmother and aunt because the mom died in childbirth..or abandoned the baby. Or a grandfather and uncle raising a boy for the same reason. They don't do it because they want to be dads. They do it for money, I believe. I don't know how I feel about artificial insemination, knowing there are many children out there who need a family that are already born. In vitro fertilization cuts down on adoption because people would rather have their "own" child than adopt, so I do feel sorry for kids waiting for a family to adopt them.

I'm remembering a thread not too long ago where a boy was adopted by two lesbians and now he wants to have a sex change operation to become a female. He is probably 10 years old. Don't know what that is due to. The poor little boy looked absolutely miserable though. I certainly wouldn't put it past SOME lesbians to perhaps be man haters. I agree. Having a family and a home to call your own is most important thing. I can't even imagine what it must be like to grow up with no family and no one to love you in that unconditional way.
