The damage the Progs have done is incalculable. No trust in them by half the population for many many years is going to hurt. Yet they still find the extremist gulag loving judges and we keep following their dictums. At one point do we tell them to screw themselves? Even with the many new Repub judges, the Prog judges make law and the Repub judges follow the law. When a Prog judge orders Christians to the cattle cars and sent to the concentration camps, a Christian Repub judge will go to the cattle car for the ride to the camp and spout "I am following the law"!
