Vice President pence and the US House of Representatives is trying to get Gohmert's lawsuit dismissed.

I can't see why any judge would ever allow that lawsuit to proceed.

I have gained some respect for pence through this. He has demonstrated where his red line in the sand is. Good for him. I just wish he had drawn it years ago.
