The Congress wrote in the authorization if the president believed the use of troops to be necessary and proper. Bush did, and from then on it was Bush's baby. The authorization did say Bush has gotta, or we're gonna impeach the president if he doesn't, just if the president thinks it necessary and proper. Fast and Furious was born out of Operations Wide Receiver. Gun have been going into Mexico long before Fast and Furious. Guns don't kill, people do. Warning did not ask for more security and not Obama's fault. Bush got months of warning about 9-11 that he ignored and he lied to go into Iraq and millions died and thousand injured and disabled on disability costing tax payers millions. Cost of Iraq war was billions and growing. ObamaCare has created jobs and will create more when fully implemented. Put a price on human lives?
