Harding has held the bottom spot since his presidency. Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Hoover and Grant are usually at the bottom but now Bush has butted in to fifth worst president. Nixon tried but didn't make the worst five.

GWB came into office with a Nation at peace and a balanced Federal budget.
He left office with two failed, illegal wars, 4000 dead servicemen and women, and a Nation deep in debt.
