Most of the left's policies have been designed to keep black people in check. PP was founded for the sole purpose of getting rid of the undesirables. Later, minimum wage was started to encourage companies to hire whites instead of blacks. Prior to that, minorities were willing to work for less so companies preferred them. Once the wage was at a fixed rate, companies went to hiring white people since they wouldn't save money by hiring minorities. Yes, racism was alive and well then and most minorities were not as well educated as the whites.

After blacks lost the jobs, which the left knew would happen, they swooped in with government programs to keep them on he doles. It was the left that stacked the deck against blacks long ago and then took advantage of it. Nothing has changed. They still keep them down and still blame wealthy white people. The guilty people are those on the left who need ignorant dependents to keep voting for them in exchange for big promises. For over 50 years, they've promised to elevate them and all that's happened is an increase in people in poverty and most are less educated than ever. Of course, whites are used just as much these days. All it takes is keeping people uneducated and lacking ambition to elevate themselves.

Preaching entitlement to everything from a subsidized life to having a right to free abortion has caused people to think they need not do anything for themselves. They are more than comfortable demanding things from government.

To this day, more black babies are aborted than any other. The goals of the left remain the same. Control people but keep them down to a manageable level.
