My face has my DNA. It is unarguably part of my body.

A fetus has DNA that is different from both the father and mother. It therefore has its own body.

"My body, my choice" only applies to the former.

It really is that simple. Your body has your DNA. Other people's bodies have their own. You don't agree with that? It's middle school biology.
