BREAKING: E. Jean Carroll scores another crushing victory against her sexual abuser Donald Trump as a federal judge rules that she has already proven that he defamed her and so her upcoming civil claims trial against him will just focus on what money he owes her.

In other words, she's already won the case.

This is terrible news for the financially embattled Trump and could make it even more difficult for him to pay his mounting legal fees as he's buried beneath indictments.

In his 25-page ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan stated that the core substance of Carroll's pending defamation case is actually the same as the insults that a jury ruled defamatory earlier this year.

That jury found that Trump had sexually abused Carroll in a department store dressing room and subsequently defamed her.

She was awarded $5 million in damages.

The upcoming case focuses on other, similar comments from Trump.

"The truth or falsity of Mr. Trump's 2019 statements therefore depends — like the truth or falsity of his 2022 statement — on whether Ms. Carroll lied about Mr. Trump sexually assaulting her. The jury's finding that she did not therefore is binding in this case and precludes Mr. Trump from contesting the falsity of his 2019 statements," Kaplan wrote.

The cherry on top is that Kaplan also denied a desperate attempt from Trump's shady attorneys to reduce any damages Carroll might get because of the earlier $5 million ruling. He will have to pay the full cost.

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James throws down the gauntlet and calls on the judge to sanction Donald Trump and his cronies for wasting time by using repeatedly failed legal arguments.

Trump played with the bull and now he gets the horns — and so do his crooked lawyers.

James' office has formally proposed that the defendants in the $250 million financial fraud case against the Trump Organization be fined $10,000 collectively.

On top of that, James wants Trump's defense attorneys to be fined $10,000 for going along with these disgraceful stunts.

"The Court rejected these arguments for a second time, noting that they 'were borderline frivolous even the first time defendants made them,' and observed that reading Defendants' brief 'was, to quote the baseball sage Lawrence Peter ('Yogi') Berra, 'Deja vu all over again,'" said a court filing from James' office.

As James explained, New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron can "impose financial sanctions upon any party or attorney in a civil action or proceeding who engages in frivolous conduct."

BREAKING: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump launches a Tuesday night attack against Special Counsel Jack Smith, just hours after Smith complained to a federal judge about Trump’s incessant social media attacks.

In an unhinged Truth Social post, Trump declared:

“Is Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor who is continuously overturned due to his unchecked and insane aggression, investigating the political Hacks & Thugs of the highly partisan January 6th Unselect Committee for tampering with, deleting, and destroying highly Confidential & Classified documents, pictures, tapes, evidence, and all forms of other important information? If not, WHY? I fully believe it is because the evidence in question destroys his Fake, Election Interfering, case. DISMISS SUIT!”

Of course, Donald Trump provided zero evidence to support his personal attacks against Special Counsel Jack Smith or his accusations the January 6 Committee. He’s lashing out like a caged rat — and his desperation is showing.

It’s time for the judge to throw Trump in jail for abusing social media to poison the jury pool and interfere in Special Counsel Smith’s case against him.

I defending Meadow as taking only a small part in the call to the SoS, the defense lawyer for Mark is admitting that what trump did was illegal. If he had been legal, why would he be so adamantly downplaying Meadows role in the call?

The reason so many repubs do not see the serious illegal nature of this call as a problem is the time period that has passed. But it has taken Willis a long time to compile the evidence needed to indict these people. It is not going to be an easy case to prosecute.
