BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers another huge court defeat just in time for the New Year as a court rejects his desperate attempt to pause the defamation case brought against him by his sexual abuse victim E. Jean Carroll.

This is not how MAGA wanted to end the year...

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Trump's request to pause the case in question while he finishes fighting out his absurd claim to "absolute immunity" at the appeals court and Supreme Court.

"Appellant moves to stay the issuance of the mandate and to stay district court proceedings during the pendency of remaining appellate proceedings. Appellee moves the Court to issue the mandate on Jan. 5, 2024, and/or enter an order confirming that the district court otherwise maintains jurisdiction to proceed with the case. It is hereby ordered that the motions are denied," ruled the court.

Caroll has already won a defamation case against Trump — and successfully proved that he sexually abused her — and she is now suing for additional defamation because he continued to smear her even after he lost in court.

Carroll's case is a slam dunk and will almost certainly result in another massive defeated for the embattled, failed, disgraced former president.
