Post a picture of something you did today

Got a deal on an oscillating spindle sander at HF... Couldn't wait to give it a whirl....

Then put in five more 20x4x.5 raised bed frames to compensate for Biden-flation. Mrs Mo planted three of them today.

Just me, Garth, Sheniah, Reba and this totally badass NDN had a 20 oz well marbled ribeye, lumpy mashed potatoes just the way I like em, asparagus and that good warm bread.

Just got home. Feel like I'm gonna pop.

I photographed Dave Matthews this evening. Not a huge fan, but it was a fun show. They're definitely better live than their albums would lead you to believe...

Built some shelving over the last couple of days.

This is where I got the basic idea...don't look at how much wood was when he did it. :eusa_doh:

My "plan".

They are 80" tall, 5' across and 16" deep. 20" deep might have been better, but getting all the shelve tops out of one $24 piece of 1/2 inch 4x8 OSB made my wallet happy.

2x3x8 pine lumber is also still outrageous...so, with hardware (they are bolted together with 3.5" quarter inch bolts)...there is probably $90 in each of them...14 2x3x8s @ $3.25 each in each shelf plus one piece of OSB and $30 in hardware that I have a little under half of leftover.

They will easily stand up on their own but I'm going to secure them to the wall JIC.

Put a standard tub on there so you can see it fits... and you can also see the slight downside of going 16" deep...you end up with a little overhang.

More expensive than I'd like...but compared to what the same money would buy, it's a bargain.

Not getting as much rain as usual... Built some 20 foot low intensity sprinklers for the garden.

It keeps the water within the beds to limit waste and waters slowly to give the water time to absorb.

Built six, but these two I could get a picture of without any background...
