President Bill Clinton left office with a 66% approval rating (higher than Reagan)

Who cares, the guy was (or is) a rapist and I suspect he's messed around with underage. If figures you would support him

Looks like 66 of every 100 supported him. Why wouldn't they? The Republicans started spending government money investigating the Clintons back in Arkansas and guess what? After they spent $100 million of taxpayers money and impeached him he finished two terms and left office with a 66% approval rating.
