When you have a Democratic President and a Republican Congress, they typically bring down debt and work to balance the deficit. When Gingrich and Clinton worked together, the deficit was reduced and government was not intrusive. I hope to see that again but I doubt Biden, Pelosi or McConnell can work together, so we will have more gridlock, which isn’t bad.

President Biden is the consummate politician of the old school: He knows how to get along with his fellow politicians, regardless of party affiliations.

This was how it basically was until the corrosive influence of social media.

I really hope that President Biden is able to finish his term.
