Ok sir. How?

- If you see a minority commit a crime....just let it go
- If a minority resists...maybe just let em get away this time
- If a minority attacks you...hes just frustrated. ..maybe let him get a few licks in, vent some of that anger...dont retaliate
- If someone gets hurt resisiting arrest....how bout some token arrests of a cop or two? A....sacrificial lamb arrest. A .....fairness arrest. Just charge the cop...with something. Anything. Just to even the score.


Yes Mr. President. Your leadership is inspiring. "Retrain the police". Send the message that cops...havent been trained properly. ..and thus...their actions are not done in good faith.

Not really. The chief is just the hired help. They ultimately answer to the citizenry. We have to decide as a people just what we want/need to police to do and then figure out just how far we're willing to let the police go to do it.

Not really. The chief is just the hired help. They ultimately answer to the citizenry. We have to decide as a people just what we want/need to police to do and then figure out just how far we're willing to let the police go to do it.

The chief is hired to run the PD. The chiefs need to develop training programs that will achieve the goal. Of course a smart one will work with the community on how to do it. Either way the POTUS cant hold their hand.

They are already given the proper training, but it doesn't hurt to brush up on their training every now and again. Maybe they already do that in some police departments, but I'm not sure.

The overall problem is that police officers are human beings, and there will be good and bad human beings in all walks of life.

Baltimore PD averages 100 arrests per day. So...36500 per year. 1 died...of an injury that you'll soon be informed of that cops didnt cause.

3. Mind your damn business. If a person is walking down a street or looking at you in a way you don't like, that doesn't mean chase after them and sever their spinal cord. Unless there are in the ACTUAL COMMISSION OF A CRIME, there is no need to harass and search someone.
