obama can't be impeached, but he can now be arrested.....

Mark Levin to GOP: Investigate Obama's 'Silent Coup' vs. Trump

4. October: FISA request. The Obama administration submits a new, narrow request to the FISA court, now focused on a computer server in Trump Tower suspected of links to Russian banks. No evidence is found — but the wiretaps continue, ostensibly for national security reasons, Andrew McCarthy at National Review later notes. The Obama administration is now monitoring an opposing presidential campaign using the high-tech surveillance powers of the federal intelligence services.

5. January 2017: Buzzfeed/CNN dossier. Buzzfeed releases, and CNN reports, a supposed intelligence “dossier” compiled by a foreign former spy. It purports to show continuous contact between Russia and the Trump campaign, and says that the Russians have compromising information about Trump. None of the allegations can be verified and some are proven false. Several media outlets claim that they had ben aware of the dossier for months and that it had been circulating in Washington.

6. January: Obama expands NSA sharing. As Michael Walsh later notes, and as the New York Times reports, the outgoing Obama administration “expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.” The new powers, and reduced protections, could make it easier for intelligence on private citizens to be circulated improperly or leaked.

7. January: Times report. The New York Times reports, on the eve of Inauguration Day, that several agencies — the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Treasury Department are monitoring several associates of the Trump campaign suspected of Russian ties. Other news outlets also report the exisentence of “a multiagency working group to coordinate investigations across the government,” though it is unclear how they found out, since the investigations would have been secret and involved classified information.

------

In summary: the Obama administration sought, and eventually obtained, authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign; continued monitoring the Trump team even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found; then relaxed the NSA rules to allow evidence to be shared widely within the government, virtually ensuring that the information, including the conversations of private citizens, would be leaked to the media.

Why would they investigate what you call fake? Sounds like you believe it's real.

Funny how that works.

First I want to say that I generally agree with you, and that Mark Levin is usually pretty good at vetting things before he "opens his mouth" about them.
That said, with the evidence you have presented, I'm not convinced that this is any more than a Conspiracy Theory. Maybe I am missing something, or maybe there is more to this than you have posted so far. I'm not convinced. I would agree that together all of these items make a case for further investigation, however, I have yet to see anything that shows there was a concerted effort to use any of this illegally. Most, if not all, of the items listed could be explained as independent actions taken, within the law, based on intelligence received.

Crazy, Obamas secret government. Rush, Mark Levin, Breibart, Sean Hannity, and their hatred for Obama knows no bounds. Passing stuff like that is what gives news a bad name.

Yes.....these things need to be investigated....if they turn out to be true...they are incredible and people need to go to jail....using the American intelligence services to wire tap a rival political party during an election.....this is a massive scandal.....

There was no evidence of anything going on .....people need to be brought in and put under oath...

Agreed, but what to do, what to do. You and I both know, without pressure from somewhere, no one is going to investigate this. Anyone applying pressure publicly will be cast as a Conspiracy Theorist, Racist, or otherwise cast as "crazy". So, again, what to do, what to do...

Maybe, but without an airtight case, that will never happen. He would have to be "caught with his hand in the cookie jar" for that to happen.

So tell me again why you don't want to investigate Russia when the Intel agencies says it happened but you want to investigate something you just made up?

The intel agencies say they weren't trying to change the election..they were trying to weaken President Hilary's power......until she lost.....

And you forgot to mention...the intelligence agencies have stated over and over there is no evidence that Trump and his people had contacts with them or worked with them...

You always forget that part....

Um, dip? Obama can't issue a FISA warrant. Only the courts can. He can't order a wire tap. Only the courts can authorize it. Nor is there the slightest indication that Obama 'ordered' anything you've accused him of.

And of course, FISA warrants are perfectly legal.

And of course, even the request for a FISA warrant is classified. Which means that if true, Trump knowingly released classified information on twitter to hamper an FBI investigation into Trump.

Which would be a serious crime.

Crazy, Obamas secret government. Rush, Mark Levin, Breibart, Sean Hannity, and their hatred for Obama knows no bounds. Passing stuff like that is what gives news a bad name.
Obama needs to go to jail.

For what? random accusations you can't possibly back up with evidence? Even Trump couldn't back up his bullshit.

We don't put people in jail because some game show host spews a conspiracy theory on Twitter.

Though we might put people in jail when a game shows reveals classified information on Twitter to hamper an FBI investigation into said game show host.

Now look, little dumb ass, President Obama inherited an economic disaster, and eight years later, handed a strong economy off to the orange clown. Now in less than two months, there has been more scandals and disasters in the orange clown's admin than in the whole of the eight years of the terms of President Obama.
