He's black, looks more well tanned to me..Maybe he uses the Trump line of spray on tan...Oh goody.

And he liked to see incarcerated men sweating outside in pink outfits...He is a flaky....Sheriff Arpaio was the epitome of sheer patriotism with total admiration for the Constitution.He's not as disgusting as sheriff Joe, but he's younger, and he can work on that. Added bonus is he's a black hatemonger. Trump just couldn't pass that up.
