Manafort has been proven to be ONE of Mueller's 'Scooter Libby's, a pi$$-poor sacrifice in an attempt to justify their witch hunt. Again, the crime for which Mueller indicted Manafort has nothing to do with any 'Russian Collusion' but instead deals with money laundering dating back before Obama was elected President. Mueller, however, reportedly F*ed that up when the Feds raided his home while exercising a warrant and collected material not listed on the warrant. Word is Manafort will have his charges dropped for illegal search and seizure. Based on his documented history, this is what people should expect from Mueller.

Mueller is getting hammered for his exposed - yet empty / failed - witch hunt, and dropping this memo is his attempt to beat back those who are pointing out he is overstepping his authority and proving he is definitely an uber partisan with his own mission of 'getting Trump' at any cost.
