A woman is pregnant. Then she is no longer pregnant. No baby. Someone makes a report to the police. Now the police can investigate including a medical examination which will easily prove pregnancy.

Women miscarry for any number of reasons.

Why should anyone know or report on a women being pregnant? her medical records are private. Before the second trimester she would not dramatically show, some even loose weight in the first two months from nausea.

Prenatal doctors don't even know or tell women to avoid certain foods because they might induce a miscarriage.

The nausea is part of the body rejecting the embryo as not normal. Women with severe bouts are often put on bed rest, same with other symptoms, to less the chance of loosing the embryo/fetus.

Even during child birth both can be lost if the placenta is in a low position or the cord is wrapped around the fetus.

A trip or fall can even cause a miscarriage.

The idea of reporting a loss even if known, is ridiculous. Too many natural causes for the loss.

Women can not take an over the counter pill as late as 70 days not. If later they might take a cocktail of pills over the course of two or three days till the 24th week.

You are going to establish a tampoon patrol to know even before the woman that she is late or if she skips a few due to numerous reason? There are birth controls that actually cause a woman to skip periods for three months at a time. A cold or virus can cause birth control to fail so a women might not know the first month.

Still none of this is your business, nor is reporting if she miscarries.

If abortion was illegal, then all willing participants in the crime would require punishment under the law, including the woman.

More than 180 million children have died the last 25 years around the world as the entire body of 'Christianity' watched and whined about abortion.

Party of death? The Republican party is populated with people that don't spend any money or do any physical work, they just say they don't like abortion and then let millions of children already born die.

They don't care how many babies die when they repeal Obamacare over and over (wasting our tax money on frivolous bills)...."once you are born, you're on your own" is the Republican's motto. Being against abortion doesn't cost anything, but the miniscule amount of money that goes into taxes to support SNAP (program that keeps children and babies from starving) makes conservatives whine.
