Prove to me that "trickle down" or "rising tide lifts all boats" are wrong?

Birth Privileges Cause the Death of All Progress

Twenty percent of them started out being born in the 1%. That's a game-ender stat; to the unbrainwashed, it should only be 1% of them, of course.

Prometheus Bound, Stymied by GreedHead Parasites

Ironically, Atlas was a dumb hulk. The world he supported was a rat-race jungle in which mankind would have gone extinct if HighIQs (Prometheans) hadn't created everything that prevents us from living like wild animals. They also create all surplus wealth, taken from these true producers by the grand larceny of corporate patents.

Whenever I hear about the "trickle down theory", I am reminded of William Jennings Bryan's Cross of Gold speech way back in 1896:

Mr. Carlisle said in 1878 that this was a struggle between the idle holders of idle capital and the struggling masses who produce the wealth and pay the taxes of the country; and my friends, it is simply a question that we shall decide upon which side shall the Democratic Party fight. Upon the side of the idle holders of idle capital, or upon the side of the struggling masses? That is the question that the party must answer first; and then it must be answered by each individual hereafter. The sympathies of the Democratic Party, as described by the platform, are on the side of the struggling masses, who have ever been the foundation of the Democratic Party.

There are two ideas of government. There are those who believe that if you just legislate to make the well-to-do prosperous, that their prosperity will leak through on those below. The Democratic idea has been that if you legislate to make the masses prosperous their prosperity will find its way up and through every class that rests upon it.

You come to us and tell us that the great cities are in favor of the gold standard. I tell you that the great cities rest upon these broad and fertile prairies. Burn down your cities and leave our farms, and your cities will spring up again as if by magic. But destroy our farms and the grass will grow in the streets of every city in the country.

Isn't it funny the Democrats used to represent the rural voters and the Republicans represented the urbanites?
raise the minimum wage to raise taxes. the poor can use the money to create demand.

OK... let's use your $15.00 figure raising all the people that work for minimum wage.
Q) How many people do you think work at minimum wage?

A) In 2014, about 1.3 million U.S. workers age 16 and over earned exactly the prevailing federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. Another 1.7 million had wages below the federal minimum. Together these workers make up 4 percent of all hourly paid workers.
What are the characteristics of minimum wage workers? - UC Davis Center for Poverty Research

So let's raise ALL these 3 million people to $15.00/hour.
Now 1.3 million already were paid $7.25 so the additional hourly pay is $7.75 per hour.
So these 1.3 million would get another $7.75/hour and work 2,080 hours per year or a total gross of $20,956,000,000
By the way the national GDP is $18.051 Trillion in 2017 inflation adjusted.

HMMM created demand of $21 billion just by raising the 3 million people at minimum wage will increase the GDP by WOW:
0.1161% less than 1/10th of 1% YUP that will make a BIG impression!

If it is so little, why are you assfucks fighting it?

How many times have we heard socialists bitch and moan about the filthy wealthy. The 1%ers! And how many times have we heard "trickle down" doesn't work or "rising tide lifts all boats" is wrong?

YET my simple question that even the most IGNORANT socialist, 1%er hater seemingly can't answer is this:

Do the filthy wealthy bury their wealth in the backyard or hide under their mattresses ?

Seriously folks what happens?
Those evil filthy wealthy 1%ers buy yachts. Yep they do ...who builds them?
They buy private jets. Who builds them?
They buy mansions. Who builds them. Who staffs them?

So ignorant people point out that "trickle down" doesn't work. Trump tax cuts were wrong. The little people aren't
getting the share and the filthy wealthy,
why they are ...."burying their wealth in the backyard or hiding under their mattresses"....???

Today's employment picture show more jobs than people to fill them!
Each of those NEW jobs creates TAX REVENUE to the federal government.
PROOF?
The economy added 3.2 million jobs since Trump took office:
Trump's Numbers (Second Quarterly Update) - FactCheck.org
Let's assume that each job pays Median household income in the U.S. rose to an estimated $59,055 in January 2018, an increase of nearly 0.4% from our December 2017 estimate of $58,829.Mar 1, 2018
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4152222-january-2018-median-household-income

So 3.2 million times $59,055 is at 12.4% payroll taxes $23.3 billion a year ... additional federal payroll revenue.

So what has happened to the $190 billion in gross income these 3.2 million job holders generated?
Did they bury in the backyard or hide under their mattresses?

Of course not...

So why then do ignorant people continue to use that phrase "trickle down" as a failure?
Look at the following chart and tell me how many of these 50 S&P companies are hiding their tax break
under the mattress or burying in the backyard?

Trickle down makes peons and a tide can only raise boats with a sound hull. Nuff said goober?
capitalism has a natural rate of unemployment.
Equity Is Iniquity

The idle-rich stockholding parasites don't do any work either. They are the unemployed who create all the other unemployed.

I you don't want to support your country, leave it. Quit being a whining little fuck because of taxes.
Mr. Feldman is wrong on his one way.

Says a brain-dead poster on a message board.
Higher paid labor pay more in taxes and create more in demand; equilibrium in the long run, is what Mr. Feldman omits.

All economics 101 theory bullcrap that does not work in the real world.

And even econ 101 does not say that higher taxes creates more demand.

Good grief.

Nobody takes takes the right wing seriously about economics. There is no Gravity, to their Frivolocity.

The left has an anecdotal, left wing example that supports an anecdotal, thirty-five dollar an hour "minimum wage".

The right wing complains Because the Poor may benefit from the rock bottom cost of a fifteen dollar an hour Minimum Wage. How Good, is that?

You talking about others not being taken seriously....is hillarious.

First there were the disastrous Bush Tax cuts.

The beginning of the great deficit.

Then we have the disastrous Trump Tax cuts that were going to pay for themselves. He promised a $4,000 raise when two thirds of Americans got nothing.
The economy is doing great.
Trump told his friends he is making them very rich.
The highest deficit in 6 years.
Nothing turned out the way Republicans promised.

But Republicans still blame Obama for not doing anything.

So why didn't Obama do anything:

What do you mean "market based" ?

The economy is market based. What has the market got to do with your argument (the market being the base) ?

the right wing doesn't care about capitalism; talk, and socialism on a national basis is all they know.

Read the Constitution
It starts.....We the People

SO what?

It says nothing about me being required to give you people anything

We the People wanted to create a more perfect union
So we created a Government that is empowered to raise revenue and provide services for We the People

So, yes..........you are required to give

No I am required to submit to having my money taken from me and wasted on all kinds of shit

and FYI nothing can be made more perfect.

If it is perfect it cannot be made any better by definition

Afraid you are

Take it up with James Madison
I already said I was required to submit to having my money taken from me by the fucking government I do not give it it is taken
Sucks being you
