lol the fake news agency strikes again. First I want to point out the leader of Russia will ALWAYS be one of the most powerful people in the world: 1. They have the largest nuclear arsenal in the world; 2. They have the 2nd or 3rd toughest military in the world; 3. They have the largest country in the world, 4. They are a permanent member of the UN Security Council and 5. They produce a ton of oil and natural gas and have have put Europe in a dependency relationship with mother Russia.

Russia gain greater influence over the Obama years, but they are not even close to as important or relevant as the leader of US, China, UK or Germany.
